Refund policy
To request a refund, you have 15 days from the delivery of the order, if it exceeds 15 days, the refund cannot be offered.
To validate your return, the item must be in optimal condition and have the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
The cost of the return shipment will be borne by the customer.
In the case of a defective product or incorrect order, changes will only be made if the items are damaged, defective or if you received something that you did not order.
