Try not to expose your jewelry to everyday chemicals such as hair products, cosmetics, perfumes, or direct sunlight, as they are likely to damage them. Keep them away from water and abrasive products like vinegar, perfume, lemon and acidic foods.

Remove jewelry before doing sports or harsh duties. Avoid going in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna/steam room or while bathing or showering.

Avoid impact with hard surfaces as much as possible. Keep your chains clasped to keep them from getting tangled and prevent damage in storage.

You can always gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth to maximize the shine.

Treat your jewelry with love. The gold plating must get a new gold layer when needed, if you're in Mexico City we can provide this service

IS THERE A GUARANTEE ON THE PRODUCTS?

If it is a production error, we will replace it. If the piece breaks for any other reason, you should take it to your local jeweller for repair, we don't take responsibility for accidents and / or damage inflicted on your piece .
